Loughborough students will no doubt have noticed the nice additional discount you're entitled to and the rather impressive up to 30% off all of our services that can be achieved if you're a resident at The Holt.

Students are also entitled to a number of other nice little bonuses, like a no-fix, no-fee policy where you don't pay us a single penny if we can't fix your issue.

We're able to help with a whole range of issues, whether your computer has stopped working or you're simply having trouble installing a new printer or piece of software. We also offer upgrades for both laptops and desktops, to help you get the most out of your machine - as well as friendly, honest over-the-phone advice.

Just a quick note about HallNet, we're not in anyway affiliated with IT Services and therefore if you're having trouble with HallNet or a university lab machine you should get in touch with IT Services.

If you need some help setting up your personal filestore on your own computer in halls, or integrating your Loughborough email account into Outlook or Mail - and the advice on the IT Services site isn't quite helpful enough, or you'd rather have us do so, we're quite happy to configure these for you.
