What's so good about your home appointments?
It all starts when you choose to call us, which you can do anytime between 8:00AM and 9:00PM, Monday right through until Sunday. We'll discuss the problems that you're having over the phone and if it sounds simple, we'll talk you through how to fix the problem over-the-phone.

If your problem is more complicated, or we can't get it fixed over the phone, we'll arrange a convenient time for a technician to pop round to your house and take a look at the offending PC or laptop. They'll explain in plain English what is wrong with your system and then get down to fixing it for you.

If you're rather busy all week, we can also arrange to come by and collect your PC from you. We'll then take it back and diagnose the problem before calling you to get the go-ahead to fix the problem.

"From" you say? Whilst most home appointments do not cost more than the standard amount, if we need to replace a component to fix your computer this will obviously add to the price. One thing we believe in is being honest and clear when it comes to our pricing and we'll always inform you of how much work will cost before we start.
