You're most likely wondering who we are. In our books, that's a very important first question to ask and that's why we'd like to tell you a bit about ourselves.

Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Wolverhampton in the West midlands and cover the city as well as its surrounding areas; additionally we provide some support to residents in Shropshire. If you're unsure if you fall within our callout region why not give us a call, if we are unable to help you we'll happily put you in touch with someone who can.

A little about Severn IT Services...
Two of our founding principles are honesty and professionalism, we aim to deliver our services with these in mind providing you with accurate, well informed advice and well implemented, affordable repairs and upgrades. As such, if it would be cheaper for you to buy a brand new PC than have your old one repaired, we'll tell you - and even help you move all of your files, music and holiday snaps from the old machine to the new one, set it up for you in your home and leave you with some handy tips on how to keep it in "tip-top" condition.

We aim to be as flexible as possible and as such our phonelines are open from 8AM right through until 9PM, you can also arrange a home appointment for any time between 8AM and 8PM. Hopefully this means that you don't have to try and squeeze us in to your busy day and we can take some of the stress out of what can be a very stressful time. We know that, ever more so these days, access to your PC or laptop is vital and we aim to minimise the time from you reporting your problem to us, to the your problem being solved.
